Pulford Governors

The Governing Board is made up of parents, staff and representatives of the church, diocese and local authority. They make decisions about how the school is run in consultation with the headteacher. They have legal duties, powers and responsibilities which include appointing staff and deciding how the school budget is spent. The governors perform vital, strategic and legal functions which support our school.

Governors meet as a full group each term (three times per academic year) and the minutes of these meetings are displayed below. The sub-committees also meet each term.

There is one current vacancy for a parent governor.

Governors are elected or appointed for four years and serve on one or more committees to carry out their various duties. Please see listing below of our current governors. We do not have any vacancies at this time.  Please see the clip below from our Chair of Governors.
